Terms of Use

These terms cover the Quiet Atlas iOS app and the quiteatlas.com site. By using the product you agree to this document and the Privacy Policy.

Intended use

Quiet Atlas organizes a personal headache journal. It does not diagnose migraine or any other condition, prescribe treatment, or predict medical risk. Pattern Map shows associations with sample size and confirmed headache-free comparison days. Association is not cause. Visit Brief is a patient-authored summary for appointments, not a clinical report.

Your journal

You own the entries you create. You can view, correct, and export them whether or not you subscribe. Premium features such as Pattern Map depth and Visit Brief may require a subscription after a 7-day trial. Core logging, history, and raw export remain available without a paid plan.

Accounts

An account is optional and exists so you can restore an encrypted backup. Keep your email inbox secure. You can delete the remote account from Profile. Local data stays on the phone until you reset it.

Subscriptions

Paid access is billed through Apple. Manage, cancel, or request a refund using your Apple ID settings. We do not sell subscriptions outside the App Store.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse sign-in, backup, or any Quiet Atlas service. Do not attempt to extract other people's data. Do not use the product to provide medical advice to others as if it were a clinical system.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. Weather, sleep, and medication context can be incomplete or wrong. Always follow advice from a qualified clinician. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
